I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was superb, right in the heart of the historic district, making exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were cozy and quiet, although the heavy comforter made it a bit too warm for my liking. The service was outstanding, with the staff always ready to help and provide excellent recommendations. The dining options were good, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes.

The hotel's rooms, with upscale furnishings and bathroom amenities, were just as beautiful as the lobby that looks out on one of the primary plazas. Although the room was quite large, it appeared a bit worn. The service, while being more helpful than visible, was superb with a variety of amenities available. The location was fabulous for exploring the city center by foot, yet not ideal for exploring within Quito. The dining experience was good but could have been more attentive. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives, ensuring a memorable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms offered great views of the old city and surrounding mountains, and were very nice and clean. The service was extremely helpful and well informed, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, right on Plaza San Francisco, and the dining experience was very good with a great selection of options. The only downside was the ongoing construction around Plaza San Francisco.
